What we collect. Only what you send us through the contact form or a Blueprint PDF request: a name or handle, a contact detail, and your message. Our server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, path requested — for 7 days, for security.

What we don’t collect. No analytics cookies. No trackers or pixels. No third-party scripts. No advertising identifiers. The Launch Blueprint runs in your browser and sends nothing to us unless you request the PDF.

How we use it. To reply to you and to send what you asked for. Nothing else.

How long we keep it. Form submissions: 90 days. Email addresses used for a PDF request: 30 days. Information exchanged under an NDA or engagement: as set out in that agreement.

Where it is stored. Hostinger, the Netherlands.

Who we share it with. No one, except where the law requires.

Your rights. Access, correction and deletion, on request to privacy@libertasol.com. We respond within 30 days.

Legal framework. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable IFZA regulations; the GDPR where it applies to you.
