Libertas provides IT consulting, IT infrastructure and maintenance, client training and cyber security architecture. We do not hold client funds or digital assets, process payments, or provide regulated financial, virtual-asset or medical services.

Invoices are issued by Libertas Solutions FZCO and priced in AED.
We accept payment only into accounts and wallets in the name of Libertas Solutions FZCO, and only from the contracting client, not from third parties on its behalf.
Stablecoin payments are converted to AED through a VARA-licensed exchange.

We do not work with persons or entities on UN, UAE, OFAC, EU or UK sanctions lists, or with clients based in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.
Clients warrant that they hold any licences their business requires; we may end an engagement if they don't.

We do not work on: mixers or tools to evade sanctions, KYC or AML controls; transaction miscoding or descriptor manipulation; HYIP, Ponzi or pyramid schemes; unlicensed gambling; spyware, stalkerware or tools for covert surveillance of individuals.
